CIANG is a creative duo formed by Francesca Colombara and Matteo Dang Minh, both 2D animators and illustrators from Italy.

CIANG is also an independent 2D animation studio based in Verbania (Italy), specializing in creating animated shorts, music videos, and commercials.

Their short films have been selected for numerous international film festivals, and their work has been featured in various art exhibitions.

Matteo Dang Minh is an Italian-Vietnamese 2D animator and illustrator. He is the co-founder of CIANG. Born in 1994 in Borgomanero (Italy), he graduated in New Art Technologies from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera (Milan) in 2017.
He has collaborated with Giphy, Vice, and Adidas. Matteo is passionate about experimental and underground animation, editorial illustration, and electronic music.

Francesca Colombara is an Italian 2D animator, illustrator, and comic artist. She is the co-founder of CIANG. Born in 1994 in Verbania (Italy), she graduated in Decoration from the Academy of Brera (Milan) in 2017 and completed a master's degree in Comics at the Academy of Bologna in 2021.
Her graphic novel 'Panic!' has been published by Centrala in English, Czech, and Polish. She has collaborated with FX Cake, Giphy, Tesco. Francesca is passionate about illustration, graphic novels, and enjoys painting on wood.
